By accessing or using services provided by GSMI Mold Testing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
GSMI Mold Testing offers professional mold and lead inspections. We do not perform mold or lead remediation but may refer licensed third-party professionals.

2. Payment & Scheduling
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations require 24-hour notice.

3. Report Accuracy
All findings and reports reflect conditions at the time of inspection. GSMI is not responsible for future changes or remediation outcomes.

4. Limitation of Liability
GSMI is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our reports or services.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
